Client Agreement
- Clients must be over 18 years of age.
- Payments are handled via Paypal invoices.
- Work will not begin until payment is recieved.
- Subject matter that we will be willing to draw will be down to our own discretion and on an individual basis. We reserve the right to reject a proposed idea for any reason.
- Due to our own limitations, we cannot guarantee a time frame for completion of art, but we will do our best to maintain contact with any outstanding clients and provide updates.
- Please contact us if you need a refund, however once we're given the go ahead for more detailed steps such as cleanup or lineart we cannot offer a full refund
- Work will be first come first serve.
- We will do our best to accomodate edits to the best of our ability, but if the number or nature of the edits become too time consuming we will discuss additional charges before any more will be made.
- Any art produced by us is for personal use and not commercial use, unless agreed otherwise beforehand. Our art may never be used in NFTs or in training AI.

| simple colour | flat colour or with simple shading, similar to the coloured sketches. cost is in addition to lineart | $50 |
| full colour | a full colour image with detailed shading and lighting. cost is in addition to lineart | $150 |
| simple background | a simple gradient or splash of colour, or basic flag pattern, for no additional cost | |
| basic background | a structured background like a piece of furniture or simple room | $25 |
| complex background | a background with a lot of detail such as a cluttered room or forest | $50, or $75 for full colour |
| avatar | special price for smaller headshots intended for us as avatars. 900X900 pixel by default | $50 |
| emote 4x | a set of 128X128 pixel emotes | $50 |
| emote 8x | a special price for a larger batch of emotes | 75$ |
additional characters are double the cost before any background
especially complex subjects might be an additional charge that will be discussed before hand
